The in-person sick visit appointment is a versatile session for addressing a wide range of health and wellness needs via video call. Through a comprehensive assessment, a treatment plan will be created for your individual needs. Common complaints include the following:

- Respiratory infections (URI), such as COVID, influenza, bronchitis, and pneumonia

- Seasonal allergies

- Ear infections

- GI upset, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation

- Allergic reactions

- Skin infections

- Rashes

- Wound checks

- Musculoskeletal injuries, including shoulder, wrist, knee, and ankle

- Minor injuries, including bruises, abrasions, and lacerations

- Chronic back pain and sciatica

- Urinary tract infections (UTI)

- Vaginal yeast infections

- Sexually transmitted infections (STI) in men and women

- DoxyPeP STI prophylaxis

- Medication refills (does not include psychiatric or narcotic prescriptions)

- Travel medications, such as antibiotics to treat travelers diarrhea, and other medications to treat nausea, malaria medications, and altitude sickness.

$75 per visit plus travel fees depending on distance

A 30-minute in-person visit is $75.

What are travel fees?

Travel within 10 miles costs $10; up to 20 miles costs $20.

What's included?

The provider comes to your home and will complete vital signs and a physical exam and provider treatment recommendations. Follow up calls are also included.

What if I need a prescription?

The provider will confirm your pharmacy and send in any necessary prescriptions.

What if I need more than a telehealth visit?

The provider will use an in-depth medical history and exam on video to determine your treatment plan. If additional testing, labs, or images are needed, the provider will explain next steps.
